  1. Take some leaves of spinach cut & wash many times till all the bad particles remove. Take some hot water, dip spinach in it for 2 mins.
  2. Keep out from water & grind it. Make a smooth paste. Beat the curd with a beater add spinach paste. Mix it properly.
  3. Keep it in refrejater for cool. After 20 min out it from refrejater & add chopped almonds, green chili, garlic salt pepper & jeera powder.
